Celestium

The universe moved to an unwritten pace,
Angels watched with loving grace,
Saturn’s rings ran smooth in a starry haze …
Looking above, everything seemed to be in its destined place.

On earth however, horizons were blurred.
The turmoil of the ocean, occasionally stirred
The speech of truth, always slurred
And the fabric of reality was wrongly erred.

Look into my soul, and all hell’s broken loose there,
Where, half a piece struggles to find its pair.
Lost among the temple of memories,
Lost to a black hole, but kept alive by worries.

This has always been the way,
Suns and moons had to obey
To what direction the earth wanted to spin,
And which of the wars, the soul could win.

This was always the way up until,
One eclipse, everything came to a standstill.
You stormed in, ablaze upon a comet,
And forced the earth to reset.

I watched you pick me out from the worthless rubble
Like I meant something to someone worth the double.
You painted my colorless skies a warm red,
Following a mere mortal wherever her path led.

Now Earth and Saturn orbit the Sun,
And you look at me like I’m the biggest battle you've won.
You give me your galaxy of hope to keep
As you watch me drift off into twilight sleep

Every night, in that state of your utter grace,
The moon tides the ocean to calm,
The sun shields the world from chaotic harm,
And I find all of me under your stellar embrace.

Come morning, things are amiss,
Gone, is the taste of your infinite bliss
Lost again is the missing piece of peace
Then come questions and demands of the heart I can’t seem to appease.

Since you've walked out into the dawn without a trace,
The world falls back out of rhythm and into its rigid pace,
Upon Celestium and your return I fix my gaze,
To come every nightfall and take your place.

A Storm Brews...

Like a distant melody,
Like a lingering memory,
You still stay in my life,
I guess staying apart from each other is still a strife.

I'm trying to run away,
From the fingers pointing my way,
From the monster you've turned into,
But I guess I left you with no other option to escape to.

This is a great responsibility to shoulder,
And still, without it my skies turn grey,
Though the dusty feelings get older,
With time; never does it, and never will it fray.

I dunno what game it is that we're playing,
Twisting the fabric of life; piece by piece,
So enough of all this blaming,
Let me see the truth, set me at ease?

Looks like your furry walked right out,
When I left as well, to prove it to me,
How fixed a north-star can be,
I put my hands up, I give up, without doubt.

I know I've lost the right to worry about you,
But it kills me to stand and let it happen,
And do nothing as as the storm brews,
to destroy you and with it me....again.

So if it makes a difference, here it is,
If I can't hold you back, I'm falling with you,
Want you to turn over a new leaf and start new,
Wake up sooner, my midnight sun, that's my last wish.

Fire and Ice

She lay on the floor, motionless as he stared at her. His memory was washed with the painful look on her face and all that he could think was why he actually did what he did. The conjured images of an imagined God appeared before him, seeking out the soul that longed for comfort. He then realized that he only thought of his savior when sorrow drowned him…like now. He closed his eyes and imagined what he should do now, could do.
He picked up the broken figure and leaned her against him. Her arms and legs dangled; even with the help of gravity, she couldn’t stand straight and still. He held her gently and slowly pushed back the strands of hair that covered her ears. Then he whispered into them, the wish that he wanted the most… For a split second he could feel nothing but the desperateness within him, then almost like a dream come true… she came back to life.
Shock and life sprang into him but something was absolutely wrong. She pushed him away and fled as if he was a predator and that action pained so badly that it triggered his anger.  He ran after her while she made circles around the stage. The atmosphere around him turned out to be a set and he was dancing with her, like he last did just before her heart got tire of beating. Her flowing blue dress caught in his open hand and his fingers clutched the material with rage. She shrieked ...but he ignored it and clasped her hair and brought her closer to him, forcefully. Then, with her wet tears that spilled over him, conscience crept into his eyes. He let her breathe and she made space between them. And in that clouded yellow light that fell on her, he saw both love and pain. Love for she just couldn't let him or her passion go and pain for his love turned into aggression far too soon. It reminded  him of his mistakes and how he always forced her, and wanted her so badly that he would even kill for her…
By now they were on the floor and she was curled up into him. Just knowing that she felt safe created a flicker in his emotions. The grip on her tightened and she pushed him and they both slid apart. Anger snapped once again and he repeated the same mistakes.Force, pain, power, lust and all the accompanying emotions hit him like a tidal wave and took control over him. He hardly remembered what he did then, when these cruel emotions possessed him.
When he did come to his senses, she was away from him. Across the stage, arms hugging herself but this time her eyes spoke out to him. Where had he gone when she needed him. Would she dare him a second chance?
"Don’t walk away’ he thought as she froze at his thoughts. It seemed that a miracle occurred, one that would make it easier for him to explain his ruthless actions. For the first time, she could hear his mind. And she read it like an open book, all the twists he went through every hour. Now the decision was hers to make. ‘Don’t walk away’ he thought again. She spun around looked at him in the eye and ran toward him

He held his arms open as he welcomed her. The warmth of her skin drew away the sins and left him glowing, pure and untouched by greed. He swept her off her feet in happiness and spun her around as the music flowing through him seemed to come to an end. He couldn't understand it as a hollow feeling engulfed him making him close his eyes. She seemed to turn invisible in his arms, and yes he couldn't feel the warmth anymore. When he opened them again, there she was lying on the floor motionless.  The miracle never occurred; she never came back to him because something happened before that. Consumed by her love, he was ready to kill anyone…including her.

Forever Frozen - Midnight Sun

Watching the perfect world change seasons around me,
Happiness from it, from the lonely stars is small I can see
Dying from myself, torn in wars of heart and mind to be,
True, faithful and strong, and finally to live free.

Suddenly it’s hard to breathe, Hard to barely hold on,
Without letting go, closest things to me without a trace are gone
Insecure by the moment while I’m surrounded by love,
I wonder if anyone’s watching me, for me, from above.

Blindfolded from my past and future, I’m forever here frozen
In this helpless state, there’s no recalling, no how or when
Trying to portray my entity in vain, once again I fail
Empty spaces of haunting moments refuse to fade or to pale.

Wouldn’t it be easier to give in than more guilt to gain?
Can’t I just leave it al behind to watch me go insane?
Than to pull the strings of my life, plucking each with pain
Or to watch lives shatter in my bliss like butterflies in rain.

Carry on that painted mask deceiving the inner flame of truth,
Ripples across my perfect small world cannot run smooth
Till that dawning moon calms my pleading strife,
I turn invisible, to stone to tell you, my Midnight Sun about my life.

The Reason

To whom do I owe it to,
Destiny, time or fate to be with you,
But whom cursed me so in rage?
In our chapter I am; in your book but a mere page.

These eyes, their innocence has faded,
My grip tightens over her fiery eyes to threaten her theyve aided
And her white heart, tender, hate has raided,
Her years, my eternal possession, poison has evaded.

Are you even searching for our perfect end?
Wasnt I the tree she as a creeper did depend?
You gave me those illusions, wishes and the hope
Why so cruel? Why having me hang onto this single rope?

Little heart, you wished upon a shooting star,
And she brought me closer to her from miles far,
Closer and closer to you and your childish nature,
She clutched with her cold hands mine, a promising future.

Afraid my love would harm what love you meant,
she expected nothing for it wasnt a loan to be lent.
now you push me away? This angel god sent?
Wasnt I loyal enough, my love? And out she went

Bruised from inside out, theres still a reason,
Dont all dramas have an end, shell know too,
And as much as I strive, shell strive double every season,
A reason to start newdeep down she knows she loves me too

Falling Angel

The moon shielded the mighty sun,
Darkness prevailed after the devil had won.
“Kill me…” pleaded a guardian angel,
“Send me down to where the mortals dwell”.

The few moments belonged to evil,
And Gabriel shrivelled in his captor’s hold,
Until the bloodshot eyes yearning to kill,
Slid a mere nail into the angel’s heart of gold.

Some said it was impossible, utter chaos, psych
But there was nothing more Gabriel wanted
Than from heavens above where his rightful place was,
To descend to the mortal he haunted.

He then fell from the devil’s grasp.
His heart charred, and he gasped.
Spiralling down with white wings drooping,
Gabriel smiled weakly for he a valiant angel was dropping.

His heartbeat dulled,
But he glimpsed at her, his mortal,
One whom he guarded well,
Whom he always invisibly held.

Now, for her he traded his soul,
With the devil during the eclipse,
And there he stood inches from her lips.
Finally to reunite, from his eyes tears did roll.

Yet…something was wrong, she didn’t pause.
“Gabriel?” she trembled looking above
He cried in rage consumed by her love
He was still invisible, that was all it was…

His tears fell as million diamonds over her face,
And she breathed “You’re still there”
His wings closed upon her, tenderly with care
“At least my tears have come to life if not me” Gabriel whispered with heavenly grace.
